| All doors in the Italian Range are supplied as a complete pre-hung door set including door, doorframe, lock, hinges, handle and architrave. For the builder, pre-hung door sets will cut the costs associated with on-site carpentry and reduce the time and complications created by installing the door and frame separately. The doors are constructed using a combination of real wood and medium density fibre core, which is then coated with a laminated veneer. Use of this construction means that there is a significant reduction in the likelihood of twisting and warping. The doorframes used in the Italian Range are adjustable to make the door sets suitable for different wall thickness. There is a 3-part frame available, which can be used in situations where the walls are thicker than the standard maximum of 155mm. Skirting and adjustable architrave are also available and can be selected in a finish that will match that of the door selected. |

The Italian doors are sold as a complete door set, with the addition of seals, reducing both noise and draughts. The door sets are being tested for fire certification and will be tested for the proposed CE certification. |
